What is RTT?

RTT targets the belief driving the symptom.

Rapid Transformation Therapy is a powerful, solution-focused approach that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, and neuroscience.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, which can take months or even years, RTT works directly with the subconscious mind, where 95% of our thoughts, habits, and emotional responses originate.

The aim is simple: identify the root cause, transform the belief, and give your mind a new instruction: one it keeps reinforcing after the session, until new patterns are fully formed.

How does it work?

Step 1

We begin with a clear conversation about what you want help with and what keeps repeating.

Step 2

During hypnosis, you stay aware while we look for the earlier scenes or beliefs connected to the issue.

Step 3

We challenge the old meaning, replace it with language your mind can accept, and close the session calmly.

Step 4

You receive a personal recording to listen to afterwards so the new belief is reinforced.

Questions people usually ask

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. Hypnosis in RTT is a state of focused attention and deep relaxation, not a loss of control. You remain aware throughout the session and can speak, pause, or stop at any time. Most clients remember everything that takes place.

Is this the same as talk therapy or counseling?

It’s not. RTT integrates conversation, hypnosis, and regression to reach and transform subconscious beliefs, whereas talk therapy or counseling primarily focuses on exploring and resolving present concerns through dialogue.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some people experience significant change after a single session, while others may benefit from additional support. This is generally discussed during the discovery call
